The treaty was signed between NIKOIL Bank and ULTRA company about implementation of DocLogix electronic document circulation system for automatization of one hundred work places. Director of Strategy Development and Optimization of Processes Department of NIKOIL BANK Seymur Aliyev notified that “ NIKOIL BANK announced an open tender for selection the provider of the software where 14 companies took part in”.
Tender committee considered the proposal of DocLogix system is the most suitable, the most optimum and it meets all requirements set by tender committee. DocLogix system is proposed by ULTRA company that exists in the information technology market more than 10 years and has got experience in implementation of the similar system kinds in bank sector. Selected electronic document circulation system allows to regulate work with documents not only in the centre office of NIKOIL BANK and in its branches too.”
DocLogix programme was developed by the eponymous Lithuanian company DocLogix which is the part of AlnaGroup corporation. In 2011 DocLogix company was the winner of the european competition «European IT Excellence Awards». DocLogix document circulation solution was recognized the best in ISV category. DocLogix programme is an applied customizable system of electronic document circulation for medium-sized and large organizations. From May 29 to 31 the turkish company Tuncmatik’s representatives Hasan Zandaradze and Mehmet Yozer were in Azerbaijan. Tuncmatik company is known as the manufacturer of budget and middle class of UPS, as well as the solar batteries.
In course of the events the contract was signed with Azerbaijani company ULTRA about the distribution.
The trainings were held for sellers by the turkish developer and the manufacturer of UPS together in Ultra company, where about the qualifications and characteristics of the production were told as well as the samples were demonstrated.
The press conference was also organized within the frame of the company representatives informed the plans about Tuncmatik production lines progress in our country and the solutions that will be in the market soon. The chief executive officer of the company Mehmet Yozer told about Tuncmatik company’s foundation history.
The universal adapter for notebooks with the ability in recharging of phone and a network filter on the display which shows information about energy consumption caused the great interest among of Azerbaijani Media representatives. It was also announced about the manufacture of the universal mobile charger which would be on a retail sale in August.
31 May Hasan Zandaradze and Mehmet Yozer together with the representatives of ULTRA met the CIOs of the corporate sector companies and told about their decisions. Vice President of the company Mehmet Yozer noted that today Tuncmatik works in 20 countries of Central Asia, the Middle East and Europe, as well as in CIS countries.
“As a partner in Azerbaijan, we needed a stable and a reliable partner which can provide with the support for sales channels and service of all our products. ULTRA company knows the experience in the market of the integrators in Azerbaijan and therefore we have decided to cooperate with this company and we have conducted the several common trainings with the employees and the dealers” Mehmet Yozer said in one of his performances.

Vice-President of the company Mehmet Yozer also said that 90% of the UPS market in Turkey belongs to Tuncmatik production. The company's products can compete in quality with the top and the world-renowned brands such as Power Com and APC that submit the very reasonable and affordable solution on the cost.
