“We need to further improve the “Documents Circulation” system introduced the Chief Public Procurator's Office in prosecution agencies as well as to increase our technical capabilities”, said the Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov during the broad operative meeting dedicated to the results of implementation of activities stipulated in the Law on Public Prosecution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The chief prosecutor said that following the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev’s instructions to accelerate the transition of services rendered by all state bodies to the electronic format, the Prosecutor General's Office have implemented a number of activities to this end.
Then, Z.Garalov gave instructions for the step-by-step introduction of the “Electronic Documents Circulation” system in all prosecution agencies located in the territory of Azerbaijan, establishing “Videoconference” connections between the Prosecutor General's Office and all of its subordinate agencies and application of the “Electronic Crime” information system.
