According to the Ministry, to connect to the service the taxpayer must register his cell phone number and for that to dial the user code *195*, *code# Yes (for example, *195*00000541*123456#yes).
The registration fee is 0.1 manat. After the cell phone is sent a message on number registration in the Ministry of Taxes, the taxpayer is able to connect to the service by subscribing to it or sending a request.
In order to subscribe to the service the taxpayer should send SMS to number 8195, and from one cell phone he can register one or more taxpayers. For that, it is necessary to send a message to number 8195 with text "Taxpayer Identification Number (by digits) and word "Start".
A taxpayer to subscribe to the service will receive a message to his cell phone number on payments to the state budget, the origin of the debts to the budget, calculation of taxes on the submitted declaration, problems with the declaration, the need to declare, on the work activation, information about current tax payments, current calculation of taxes, etc.
The monthly subscription fee for the service is AZN 1.18 for as long as the person does not give up from the service by sending a message to number 8195 with text “STOP”, which is AZN 0.1.
The taxpayer, who uses the service by sending a request for information about the debt to the state budget, must send SMS to number 8195 with the text "1" for information on returns, which should be presented, SMS with text "2" for activation, with text "3" for refusal from the service.
If from one number it was registered one or more taxpayer, then it is needed to send a message to number 8195 with text containing the tax identification number (VÖEN) and the number of registered taxpayers (for example, 1000567891 1).
For each request sent from taxpayer’s balance sheet AZN 0.1 is removed. Today, the service is available only for Azercell subscribers.
Taxpayers get SMS-communication with Azerbaijan Taxes Ministry
