According to information provided by ICTnews, under the presidential order the following two additional paragraphs will be added to Regulations:
11.7. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan - information about identity cards of the residents of the Republic of Azerbaijan insured in lined with the obligatory insurance of civil responsibility of car owners.
11.8. The State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan - information about identity cards in people’s applications for the state registration of immovable property and other material rights.
Amendments made to Regulations for ‘Entry-Exit and Registration’ automated interdepartmental search system
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued an order to make amendments to Regulations pertaining to the ‘Entry-Exit and Registration’ automated interdepartmental search system.According to information provided by ICTnews, under the presidential order the following two additional paragraphs will be added to Regulations:
