"Document circulation of the Ministry is electronized and corporate electronic signature is implemented. Modern communication infrastructure is created, advanced software is installed, all necessary licenses for the system and server programs are acquired", – Veliyev said.
He noted that special data center of servers is developed to enable efficient and reliable operation of the electronic management system (EMS). The center is under the clock round biometric automated control.
"Electronic management system (EMS) implemented at the Ministry consists of three large blocks. They are electronic document circulation covering the office and related processes, human resources management system, financial and accounting system.
Implementation of EMS allows to find necessary document among thousands of archival documents in a short time and reduces demand of the paper and other office products, improves work efficiency", – Veliyev said.
He said that updated webpage of the Ministry – http://www.economy.gov.az/ is part of the EMS.
"Section of e-services has been developed on the website of the Ministry in accordance with the president’s decree "About some measures taken in the sphere of organization and rendering of e-services by state structures. Interactive and informative e-services are provided through this section.
Entrepreneurs may submit necessary documents, pay state fees and other charges or send documents certifying payments, obtain licenses and certificates of the Ministry by means of these services. Registration of commercial juridical persons’ grant agreements, receiving of fines and sanctions are also realized online", – Veliyev said.
