The State Committee has been using e-services since May 1. As of November 1, the number of appeals to the state committee in electronic form reached about 700. At present citizens have the opportunity to appeal to the regional registration offices in electronic form for real estate registration.
The process of registration and liquidation of the mortgage, as well as the recognition of property rights will be transformed into e-form in the future. Simplifying the procedure of state duty payment in the process of real estate registration will be one of the innovations.
Automating the property registration process to simplify the rules for immovable property registration
Automating the property registration process in Azerbaijan will reduce the time taken considerably, the State Property Committee reported.
