In this connection, 10 Korean experts visited to Baku to hold an Interim Workshop on 24-28 December. At the workshop, the experts from both countries discussed the Policy of location of industry and development of IPs, the stages of their development, development strategies, strengthening of human resources and other related issues.
The visit included the Interim Workshop (Presentation on the research results by subjects, such as Conditions for SEZs/IPs Development, Industrial Policy of Azerbaijan, Industrial Development Policy of Neighboring countries, Conditions and Directions of SEZs and IPs Development of Azerbaijan and in-depth discussion with TF Team of Ministry of Economic Development), also working-level talks on details and schedule of the project.
Korea International Cooperation Agency implements the Project for Developing Special Economic Zones and Industrial Parks in Azerbaijan
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is implementing the Project for Developing Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and Industrial Parks (IPs) in Azerbaijan together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic. The Objective of Project is to jointly study construction and operation planning of SEZs and IPs for promotion of trades and attraction of investments of Azerbaijan.In this connection, 10 Korean experts visited to Baku to hold an Interim Workshop on 24-28 December.
