Azerbaijan’s state property database located in foreign countries will be updated on a regular basis

Azerbaijan’s state property database located in foreign countries will be updated on a regular basis. This information was provided to “ICTnews” online news service by the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SCPI).

According to the committee, appropriate measures for updating the state property database were included to SCPI’s Action Plan for 2013. According to the plan, the quality of the process of registering state property will be improved during this year.

The following measures were included to SCPI’s Action Plan: acquiring information about all changes related to state property from relevant agencies of the central and local executive authorities and introducing the gathered information to the state property register, checking up the conformity of the gathered information with information in database, insuring that all extracts provided by the state property registry are prepared based on the updated information and insuring that information from the state property register is introduced to database according to established procedure.

In addition to this, this year, within the World Bank’ project SCPI plans to implement certain measures to improve the state property registering system. Also, as part of the activities connected with the creation of the electronic state property cadastre database, SCPI will carry out geodesic measurements and cameral calculations and will introduce the gathered information into the database by using the special software.
