During the visit the ambassador discussed with the managers of the centre opportunities for future cooperation between the Canmet Energy Technology Centre and Azerbaijan’s scientific-research institutes. As part of the working visit Farid Shafiyev also met with employees of the Engineering and Biological Sciences Department of the Alberta University, one of the leading institutions of higher education in Canada.
During the meeting the sides discussed possible ways of cooperation between Azerbaijani institutions of higher education and Alberta University, including possible exchange of university teachers and students.
Azerbaijani ambassador holds meetings to adapt Canadian experience in technologies
The extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Canada Farid Shafiyev paid a working visit to Alberta province in Canada where he held his regular meetings. This information was provided to “ICTnews” online news service by the Press-Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
