The development objective of the project is to improve overall health system stewardship and financing, and to enhance equitable access to, and technical and perceived quality of essential health care services in selected districts in a fiscally responsible and sustainable manner with a view to improving health outcomes.
Madad Azerbaijan delivers the training through the training centers in Absheron, Aghdash, Ismayilly, Qakh and Sheki. The participants are provided with high-quality training materials, equipment and internet connectivity to enable them to explore and develop ICT skills.
The 48-hour training program consists of six interactive sessions that help the participants to identify the proper use of technology in their workplace. The training will last until the end of March 2013.
