During the meeting the employees of the Dosimetric and Microbiologic Laboratory of the Institute of Radiation Problems will make presentations on powerful gamma sterilization systems. This information was reveal to “ICTnews” online news service by ANAS.
According to the deputy research director of the Institute of Radiation Problems, the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Ravan Mehdiyev, during the meeting the selection of new equipment for the Dosimetric and Microbiologic Laboratory will be made.
“The future employees of the laboratory will attend special training courses in Romania and other countries. The new equipment for the laboratory is expected to be brought to Azerbaijan by the end of 2013.”

A delegation consisting of employees of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and led by the director of the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS, the corresponding member of ANAS Adil Garibov is expected to visit the capital of Austria Vienna in May 2013 to attend a meeting that will be held at the headquarter of the International Atomic Energy Agency.During the meeting the employees of the Dosimetric and Microbiologic Laboratory of the Institute of Radiation Problems will make presentations on powerful gamma sterilization systems.
