In comparison with the same period of the previous year, production of computers, electronic and optic equipment grew by 18.4 percent, and production of electrical equipment grew by 17.2 percent.
Over the past 4 months, 61 power transformers and 1,388 household refrigerators have been produced in the country, and production of television sets has grown by 15.1 percent.
According to information received by 01 May 2013, 30 million manat’s worth stock of ready-made products is kept in organizations’ warehouses.
Azerbaijan increases production of computers
Production of computers and electronic, optic and electrical equipment increased in Azerbaijan during January-April of 2013. According to the State Statistical Committee, the total volume of production of computers, electronic, optic and electrical equipment amounted to 85.6 million manat in the reporting period.In comparison with the same period of the previous year, production of computers, electronic and optic equipment grew by 18.4 percent, and production of electrical equipment grew by 17.2 percent.
