“Nar Mobile” subscribers may already avail themselves of mobile communication services while being in the flight onboard of the airplanes of “AZAL” company. According to information provided by “ICTnews” online news service, one of the major mobile operators of Azerbaijan “Azerfon” company (Nar Mobile) has launched “On Air” project, which provides for the installation of special equipment on airplanes allowing airtravellers to make and receive mobile phone calls during the flight.
Under the project, this equipment has already been installed on 7 airplanes of “AZAL” company. Besides making mobile phone calls, “Azerfon” subscribers travelling on these airplanes can send and receive SMS massages and access websites using “Nar Mobile” network.
‘Nar Mobile’ provides airtravellers with mobile communication services
