This information was revealed to “ICTnews” online news service by the Informatization Centre of the Ministry of Health. According to the centre, time of execution of the electronic service is 5 days.
“By using the new e-service, legal and physical persons employed in different spheres of production will be able to electronically submit necessary documents for obtaining hygiene certificates, without having to visit an office or wait for their turn in the line.
The service is interactive and free of charge. To use this service the citizen will need to access the webpage of this e-service and register himself/herself there by entering the number and PIN code of his/her identity card. Upon completion of the registration, the citizen’s username and password will be sent to his/her e-mail. After that, the citizen must fill and submit an electronic application for hygiene certificate, along with other relevant documents. Upon acceptance of the application, the system automatically registers it and informs the citizen about through his/her e-mail. If case the system finds any error in the application, it refuses to process it and notifies the citizen about the detected errors. The citizen can resubmit the application after removing all errors from it. Hygiene certificate is provided to the citizen within 15 days upon acceptance of the application. The entire process of accepting, processing and issuing the application is supervised by the Republican Centre of Hygiene and Epidemiology.”
Ministry of Health launches new e-service for issuing hygiene certificates
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan has launched a new electronic service “Acceptance of applications and documents for issuing hygienic certificates for internal and exported products”.This information was revealed to “ICTnews” online news service by the Informatization Centre of the Ministry of Health.
