Azerbaijani IT company, Sinam, began promoting its own platform on "cloud computing", Sinam President Elchin Aliyev told press. Aliyev said its ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) is built based on Oracle, whereas Microsoft-dot-NET platform is used as a programming environment.
