Representative of the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry will speak about the country’s transition from technological legislation to general regulation of technological license neutrality, and will render telecommunications services.
The meeting participants will also discuss liberalization of the telecommunications market (problems and solutions), procedures for introducing and use of the universal service fund, and development of policies in the sphere of broadband services, including promotion of universal access to broadband services (unification with such policies as "e-education", "e-Government "," e-health ", and "e-commerce "), consumer protection, quality of communication services, and others.
Azerbaijani Communications Administration to present experience on licensing services
