Jones had previously worked in the Cabinet Office’s transformational government team, where he focused on developing Web 2.0-enabled government services.
Prior to joining the public sector he worked as an analyst with Jupiter Research and on trade magazines. He has also helped the Government of Bermuda establish its department for e-government.
