“The system, which is expected to be put into operation in 2016, will be a single data resource for the receipt, centralized storage and public disclosure of data by issuers in accordance with the laws of the country. As a result of the digitalization of SSC’s services, citizens now don’t spend additional time and money on the relevant procedures. This is because by using electronic services, citizens can carry out the relevant operations directly from their work places or homes,” Bakhtiyar Azizov added.
Electronic Securities Data Disclosure System to be launched next year
“The Electronic Securities Data Disclosure System has been developed in Azerbaijan.” This statement was made by the administration chief of The State Securities Committee (SSC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Bakhtiyar Azizov during his interview with journalists.
