According to the agency, PC sales are still being hurt by the popularity of smartphones and tablets. Experts say consumers rarely change their existing PCs.
PC shipments fall by a record 10.4 percent in 2015
The volume of the global shipments of personal computers (PC) in 2015 saw a fall of 10.4 percent compared with the previous year.Manufacturers shipped around 276.2 million personal computers in 2015, reported Kyodo news agency on Wednesday quoting market research firm IDC.
