Ukraine assesses digital progress
Digital TV has yet to take off in Ukraine, with only around 10% of viewers watching in the format. The figure was given by Katerina Kotenko, executive director of the Industrial Television Committee (ITC) and quoted by Mediasat.She added that it has to be decided whether to develop all the possibilities of digital TV at once or gradually.
