Information about the diplomas of graduates who graduated from higher education institutions in 2012 and 2013 years can be obtained from the “Certificates on diplomas” (“Diplomlar haqqında arayışlar”) section of the E-government portal of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies.
According to information provided to “ICTnews” online news service by the Ministry of Education, in the near future, information about the diplomas of graduates who graduated from higher education institutions in 2011, 2014 and 2015 years will be placed on the portal.
