According to him, "the list of organizations increases every day" "The decree of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev ‘On some measures in the field of provision of electronic services by public authorities’ of May 23, 2011 contributes to the fact that, firstly, the organizations expanded the list of electronic services, and widely introduce them.
Secondly, they are actively engaged in the e-government portal, which basically serves as a platform for interaction between government agencies, as well as between government agencies and citizens", - said E. Velizade.
The deputy minister noted that the full involvement of state organizations in the portal can be expected very soon: "The work goes on. Today the main task is to connect the largest possible number of organizations to the portal”.
E. Velizade explained that "the question of interaction between government agencies is based on the fact that, firstly, information systems in most departments are different, like platform used for information systems."
Eight state institutions in Azerbaijan connected to e-government portal
Eight public institutions of Azerbaijan have joined the e-government portal.
