New service integrated into E-government portal
Another government institution has joined the E-government portal.
Thus, the e-service “Acceptance of application and documents for the issuance of a special permit for carrying out activities on alternative and renewable energy sources” of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources has been integrated into the E-government portal.
By using this service, a legal or physical person can electronically acquire a special permission for designing, construction and operation of facilities intended for the production of all kinds of alternative energy, including thermal energy, electrical energy, water energy, wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy, geothermal energy on the basis of alternative energy, small hydro power plants with capacity from 50 up to 10 000 Kw.
The service requires registration. When a physical or legal person wishing to use this service registers on the portal with the use of an electronic signature, the necessary personal data on the person is indicated automatically.
The application of the legal or physical person wishing to obtain a permit on the relevant activities is signed by an electronic signature.
The applicant then downloads and sends the following documents in electronic form:
A copy of the document confirming the applicant’s registration by tax authorities.
A copy of the document confirming the right of use (ownership, lease, right of use) by the applicant of the territory of the facility specified in the application.
A copy of the document confirming the applicant’s possession of material and technical base for carrying out the relevant works, as well as confirming the personnel’s possession of professional skills required for carrying out these works.
