Then, he should enter there necessary information in order to draw up the invoice and send it to the addressee in the online mode.
At the same time, the taxpayer can draw up and send an electronic invoice in the offline mode using special software.
To do this, he needs to download the “eFP 1.1.3” version of “Drawing up electronic invoice program” and the other necessary programs to his computer.
Thus, with help of this program, the taxpayer can draw up and package an e-invoice without using the Internet.
After that, the package file should be signed with the use of “E-signer” or “Asan Doc” client program.
Note that these programs can be downloaded from the websites http://www.e-imza.az and http://www.asanimza.az.
Finally, the taxpayer should access the Ministry of Taxes’ website, select the “Online clerical work and e-VHF” section, enter the “E-consignment note” alt-section and click on the “Send Package” button to upload the signed “EDoc” or “ADOC” type file to the system.
During the uploading, the system assigns a unique serial number to the electronic invoice and sends this number to the e-mail address of the addressee.
The addressee, in turn, can confirm within a few seconds the acceptance of the electronic invoice that was sent with the use of E-signature or Asan signature.
