The following five electronic certificates were added to the "E-certificates" section of the updated version of the mobile application:
- Certificates on payments made for using communication services for a year
- E-certificate on vehicles registered in the citizen’s name
- Certificate on the citizens’ active service
- Certificate on the citizens’ registration for active service
- Seafarer’s identity document
Additionally, the following two services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population were added to the mobile application.
- Information on social insurance
- Identification of the insurer’s registration number
At present, the "iOS" version of the "E-government portal" mobile application offers users 7 services of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, 2 services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, 1 service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1 service of the Ministry of Justice, 3 services of the Ministry of Health and 11 electronic certificates.
So, 25 different types of electronic services are provided to citizens via the "iOS" version of the mobile application.
In the near future, these additions will be made to the "Android" version of the "E-government portal" mobile application, as well.
The mobile application can be accessed with the use of e-signature and username/password.
The "E-government portal" mobile application is available on the AppStore.
If the user has any questions with regard to the installation and use of the mobile application, he should contact 157 Call Center.
The number of electronic services in the ‘E-government portal’ mobile application has increased
In order to further facilitate the accessibility of electronic services, the Data Processing Centre of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies updated the "iOS" version of the "E-government portal" mobile application and put it at citizens’ disposal.The following five electronic certificates were added to the "E-certificates" section of the updated version of the mobile application:
