New service integrated into E-government portal

The new electronic service "E-appeal" of Azersu Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC)  have been integrated into the E-government portal, which  is operated by the Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. From now on, individuals and legal entities can send their appeals (appeals and complaints) through this service in an electronic form.
How to use the service?

After accessing the portal with one of the authentication tools you should select "All services" section on the main page and then the "E- appeal" service from among the services of Azersu OJSC.

After that, select the organization "Water Channel Departments" or "Management Personnel", the authorized person or relevant structural unit to which you are applying, and click on the "Apply" button.

On the next page, enter your name, surname, patronymic, PIN code and address, select type of appeal and the reason for applying. Add phone number, mailing address, and notes related to the appeal. If need be, to submit relevant documents concerning the appeal, upload the documents to the system using the section "Add files". Then click on the "Apply" button to send it. 

After sending the appeal a notification on the registration of the appeal and its number will be displayed on the screen.


 

















After registration, your appeal will be forwarded to the relevant structural unit of Azersu OJSC for execution. Information on the results of the appeal will be sent to the citizen’s e-mail address indicated in the application form.

It should be noted that the number of electronic services of Azersu OJSC, which were integrated into the E-government portal, reached 10.
