Note that within the framework of the Public Internet Project, which is being implemented by Baktelecom on the initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, a free internet service has been launched in the territories of National Flag Square, National Seaside Park, Icheri Sheher, State Historical and Architectural Reserve, Heydar Aliyev Center’s park, Sahil Garden, Sabir Garden, Khagani Garden, Akhundov Garden, Winter Park and Officers Park.
