"However Bakcell is pleased toannounce to that problem has now been rectified with minimal impact to its customers. Bakcell has worked quickly and efficiently to limit the impact for customers. For those customers who have experienced a limitation in the service provided by Bakcell we apologize," the statement says.
Bakcell eliminates problems in its network
