Thus, the following three services of the State Committee on Property Issues were digitalized and added to the portal:
– Provision of information on availability of registered apartments in multi-story buildings (apartments that have got an extract from the state real estate register)
– Provision of information on contract sales prices of apartments
– Acceptance of applications and documents for connection to the AzPOS system
Thus, the number of services that are provided by the State Committee for Property Issues via the portal has reached 35.
By using the “Provision of information on availability of registered apartments in multi-story buildings” e-service, the citizen can find out whether the apartment has got an extract from the state register. To get this information, the citizen needs to enter the name of the city, region, settlement/village, as well as the name of the construction company into the system.
By using the “Provision of information on contract sales prices of apartments” e-service, the citizen can obtain information about the contract sales prices of apartments in a particular territory of the country. To get this information, the citizen needs to enter the address of the apartment into the system.
Note that both of the abovementioned services are provided on a paid basis.
By using the “Acceptance of applications and documents for connection to the AzPOS system” e-service, public and private organizations and companies can connect to the AzPOS system for carrying out field measuring works in any territory and determining its coordinates.
Note that AzPOS (Azerbaijan Positioning Observation System) is an information system for determining coordinates with the use of high-precision receivers that are applied in geodetic and field measuring works carried out in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Three more electronic services have been integrated into the E-government portal
