To this end, another service has been integrated into the Electronic Government portal. Thus, from now on, the users of the Electronic Government portal will be able to avail themselves of Azersu Open Joint Stock Company’s electronic service “Provision of consumers with information on invoices they have been issued and payments they have made for using water supply and sewage disposal services during the last 12 months”.
To use this service, the citizen must access the Electronic Government portal (www.e-gov.az) and select the electronic service “Provision of consumers with information on invoices they have been issued and payments they have made for using water supply and sewage disposal services during the last 12 months” from the list of Azersu OJSC’s services.
Then, he must enter the 13-digit subscriber code on the opened page. If everything is done correctly, the citizen will get information on usage invoices and amount invoices he has been issued during the last 12 months and payments he has made for using these services during the same period. This information will be presented to the citizen in form of a certificate.
It should be noted that the number of electronic services that are provided by Azersu OJSC via the Electronic Government portal has already reached 11. At present, 18 electronic certificates are provided through the portal.
