The minister said that a number of companies from the Islamic Republic of Iran are demonstrating their products and services related to the telecommunications sphere at the "Bakutel-2017" Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition.
"These companies are well-known in Iran and in the region. The exhibition also offers our companies the opportunity to find new markets. We hope that we will be able to establish cooperation with other companies here.
There are extensive relations between Iran and Azerbaijan in the communications field, and new cooperation has been started in the field of postal services. A cooperation agreement was signed between the postal services of the two countries.
Apart from that, railroad transportation will also serve to expand the ties between our countries," the minister said.
