3 new services of the Ministry of Agriculture have been integrated into the Electronic Government Portal, operated by the Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
They are the following services:
- “Acceptance of application and documents for changing a driver's license for operation of a tractor and other motor vehicles";
- "Acceptance of application and documents for state registration of tractors, as well as motor vehicles used in forestry and agriculture, defined by the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan";
- "Acceptance of application and documents for cancelling state registration of tractors and other types of motor vehicles used in forestry and agriculture, defined by the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
The use of these services requires registration on the Electronic Government Portal.
When using the e-service “Acceptance of application and documents for changing a driver's license for operation of a tractor and other motor vehicles”, the user can contact the head of the Main State Technical Control Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture Agakishi Aliyev.
The personal data of the contact person is automatically supplemented as he passes through the registration process on the portal.
The user must indicate all required information and attach the necessary documents to the application before sending it.
In order to use the e-service "Acceptance of application and documents for state registration of tractors, as well as motor vehicles used in forestry and agriculture, defined by the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan", the user must select the type of application as an individual or legal entity. After that, he must indicate the type, model, serial number of the engine, inspection (registration area), name, color, sales number, date of manufacture in the application. Then, the user must attach the necessary documents to the application and send it.
When using the e-service "Acceptance of applications and documents for cancelling state registration of tractors and other types of motor vehicles used in forestry and agriculture, defined by the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan", the user must first of all indicate his personal data, including the individual identification number of his ID card (the use of the service requires registration and for this reason the IIN code is not required), email address, mobile phone number, etc. in the application before sending it.
Note that the number of electronic services of the Ministry of Agriculture on the Electronic Government Portal has reached 22.
