The elections were held within the fifth meeting of the committee on Moldova on Oct. 6 in accordance with the RCC regulations. Tamirov was elected deputy chairman for 2012-2014.
The Azerbaijani Communication Administration presented its experience in the licensing of services in this area. Tamirov spoke about the transition from technological legislation to general management.
The liberalization of the telecommunication market, the introduction of universal services, consumer protection, quality of communication services, etc. were also discussed.
Azerbaijani ministry representative appointed RCC commission deputy chairman
Head of the Azerbaijani Communication and IT Ministry regulation department Aliyar Tamirov was appointed deputy chairman of the commission for coordination the regulatory agencies' activity in the area of the Regional Commonwealth of Communications (RCC), RCC said on Monday.The elections were held within the fifth meeting of the committee on Moldova on Oct. 6 in accordance with the RCC regulations.
