The participants of the event were informed about the opportunities and advantages provided by the IoT Lab.
The laboratory was created with the purpose of establishing cooperation between universities, on the one hand, and innovation centers and technology parks, on the other hand.
Representatives of the ICT Applying & Training Center and the company Microsoft Azerbaijan also spoke at the event. They informed the gathering about the opportunities and advantages the IoT Lab offers for universities and youth.
The ceremony participants were also provided with information about the summer practical training program called “Microsoft IoT Lab Internship”, which is the first program announced within the laboratory.
More than 350 young people have so far been enrolled in the program. The applicants who successfully pass the exam will take part in the practical training program, within which works will be carried out on real IoT projects.
Successful projects will be presented at the Bakutel-2019 exhibition.
The young people who cannot take part in the program and do not possess the necessary knowledge will be able to take part in trainings organized by the ICT Applying & Training Center.

The Internet of Things Laboratory (IoT Lab) has been opened at the ICT Applying & Training Center for university representatives.
