Ali Abbasov said that the mobile communications network had expanded. All three mobile operators have introduced 3G services and the number of 3G subscribers has reached two million in a short period.
Today, there are 110 mobile phones for every 100 people in Azerbaijan, which is 40% higher than the world average. There are more than 20 Internet television and radio channels in the country, the minister said.
ICT revenues grew by almost 12%
