Electronic registration of joint ventures and companies with 100 percent foreign capital will be possible in Azerbaijan in the future, Deputy Tax Minister Sahib Alakbarov told media.“At present, it is possible to register limited liability companies with local capital,” Alakbarov said.“Their share is 85 percent of the total number of commercial firms.”“The ministry is working to expand the scope of the electronic registration process, and all commercial organizations will be able to use it,” he said.
