TV commercial of Bakcell became the winner with 29.87% of votes. It is noteworthy that "3G Sür@ - beyond speed limits" commercial of Bakcell is the first commercial on advertising market of Azerbaijan, filmed with participation of real parkour masters.
Parkour, also known as free running, is a demanding physical and mental discipline in which participants fluidly navigate a route using their surroundings to keep moving forward and in doing so perform acrobatic launches, bounces and jumps off and around various natural elements.
"It's the fourth year that we are conducting surveys in order to determine the best TV commercial in Azerbaijan. We are very delighted to see a significant improvement in quality and quantity of presented commercials.
During the initial years, our selection process was based just on mak.az auditory, and then the social networks were added. This year, along with the above mentioned auditory, we have asked the opinion of experts from the advertising field.
The results have shown that Bakcell's new TV commercial is the most liked one. We, the editorial staff of mak.az also consider this commercial to be very successful. We think that this is a very proper communication concept with properly selected target group. We would like to congratulate Bakcell and relevant advertising agency with this success" Mammad Karimov, founder of mak.az online marketing magazine, says.
Vafa Asadova, head of Corporate Communications department of Bakcell indicates that even at the shooting preparation stage, the company was confident that this commercial will be well-received by the viewers: "This commercial was directed by Greg Fraucois, an Austrian professional and well-known director, who is also a specialist in extreme sports. In the commercial, three characters are demonstrating the fastest speed of Bakcell Sür@ in parkour style by jumping through urban landscape and reach the destination in a very short period.
Parkour masters are the people whose capabilities exceed the capabilities of ordinary people and this is the best metaphor to emphasize that the high speed of Bakcell internet allows you to experience capabilities beyond ordinary". It should be mentioned that Ryan Doyle, Chase Armage and Sam Parham - famous British parkour masters, who were filmed in the commercial, have placed this video on their YouTube page, where it was viewed by thousands of viewers in a short time.
