The ministry uses the Megapolis DocNet system, which allows documents to be prepared and disseminated to target recipients. The e-document management systems will allow all regional structural units functioning under ministries to connect to data centers in Baku, as well as to interact with each other in real time.

E-document management system to work in two ministries
The e-document management system will operate in two Azerbaijani ministries by the end of the first quarter, Ultra Company reported. Work on converting documents to e-format is taking place at the Ministry of Communications and IT and the Education Ministry.Much work has already been implemented in this direction.
