On the 8th of April the initial test examinations will be organized in universities of Azerbaijan in order to help school livers to prepare for university exams.
The university entrants who want to take part in these test examinations, organized by the State Students Admission Commission, may obtain virtual payment cards by sending an empty SMS message to 7735 number from their mobile phones This service was available to university entrants on March 16.
This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by the State Students Admission Commission. According to this information, the university entrants who have ‘Visa/Visa Electron’ or ‘Mastercard/Maestro’ plastic cards can also obtain virtual payment cards by making payment to the State Students Admission Commission’s web-site via these plastic cards.
