According to company head Ilgar Gasimov, the issue of equipping taxi cabs with GPS-navigators is to be settled soon.
"The company has already been selected, as well as navigators, which will be set within a cab," said I.Gasimov without designating the name of the company.
The company has already begun to set POS-terminals for payment. By the end of April, all 500 London Taxi TX4 vehicles will be equipped with portable payment devices.
500 cars from the new party will be equipped with POS-terminals following the procedure of customs clearance and ensuring drivers.
At the present time there are 500 cars London Taxi TX4 in Baku. In addition, the capital city has received 330 more taxi cabs, and another 170 will arrive to the end of April.
