"Azerbaijani Government attaches special attention to such areas as science, culture, education, information and communication technologies. Certain legal mechanisms must be worked out to insure social justice in the country. These legal mechanisms will serve as a reliable foundation for free society to be built in Azerbaijan.
Therefore, developing such mechanisms represents a strategical goal for our state." These words were pronounced by the director of the Institute of Oriental Studies named after academician Z. Bunyadov of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Science, deputy of the Milli Machlis Govhar Bakhshaliyeva.
She said that Azerbaijani scientists will no spare their efforts for achieving this goal. "We should admit that today, there is no any alternative to the market economy and development of private sector. Naturally enough, development processes taking place in all spheres can be scientifically substantiated. Every program or project is realized with scientific approach," G. Bakhshaliyeva added.
