The book published by Turkey's "Humanitarian and Social Research Center" describes the atrocities perpetrated by Arminian invaders against Azerbaijani women during the Khojaly Genocide that took place exactly 24 years ago. At the same time, the book supports the "Justice for Khojaly" international campaign, which was launched at the initiative of Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva in order to raise international awareness of the Khojaly Genocide.
The presentation of the book was attended by MPs, Khojali residents and media representatives. Speakers at the event once again remembered the terrible massacre and highlighted the importance of the book for raising international awareness of the Armenian aggression.
Speaking at the presentation, the author of the book Durdane Agayeva said that the book tells about the non-healing wounds of Khojaly. “The book that was written for 2 years describes the merciless cruelty shown by Armenian fascists to a 20-year-old operator girl and Khojaly residents,” she said.
At the end of the event, the “Eight days in Arminian prison” book was distributed among the participants of the presentation.

Perhaps for all Azerbaijani women the figure 8 is associated with March 8 - International Women's Day. But for the communications worker Durdane Agayeva the figure 8 symbolizes the worst moments of her life.
