According to AZERTAC, the postage stamps were signed and sealed by Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov and the World Bank's Regional Director for the South Caucasus Mercy Tembon.
It should be noted that the postage stamps printed by Azermarka will be issued with a circulation of 25,000 copies.
