During its Developer Conference in November, Samsung showed off its folding smartphone, plans for its notched displays, and also shared its latest take on Android with its One UI experience. Although there has been a lot of talk about the update, you might not know what the new UI looks like. Luckily, Samsung has released a new promotional video showing off One UI and its many visual improvements.
The update promises to show users only what they need to see, making navigating through the UI much easier. The firm has also separated many menus into two parts: a viewing area and an interactive section. Along with new icons, there is also dark mode, that will not only look good at night but will also save battery life on its AMOLED display devices.
The new UI should be a welcome change for season Samsung users who have long complained about the firm's Android customizations. Currently, One UI is only available in beta but many speculate that it will make its official debut with the upcoming release of its Galaxy S10 handsets.
