www.mincom.gov.az – winner of MilliNet-2018 in "Electronic Government" nomination
The official website of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies became the winner of the National Internet Award MilliNet-2018 in the nomination “Electronic Government”. Eight websites competed in this nomination.
The winners were awarded at the closing presentation ceremony of MilliNet-2018, which took place yesterday.
Representatives of the Internet and ICT community of the country, public and private sectors, and civil society took part in the event.
This year 406 Internet resources (websites, mobile applications and social media resources were submitted for the competition) in 19 nominations. According to the rules, 300 out of them were allowed to compete and participated in the voting. And 105 of the best resources received nominee status.

Corporate website http://www.qualitysolutions.az, Public and Social website - http://birtebessumbirumid.com, Educational and Scientific - http://www.bildilchin.az, “Electronic Government” - http://mincom.gov.az/az/, Service (Servicing)- http://www.1X1.az, “Electronic commerce” - http://vivadessert.az/, “E-gov mobile applications” - Birbank, “Educational mobile applications” - universal electronic dictionary of the Azerbaijani language Bildirçin, “Utilities” - Gold Quiz game, “Facebook page” – Film Fiction magazine, “Instagram account” – “Baku Streets Life”, “YouTube ”- animation “Balta” became winners of the competition.
It should be noted that the aim of the competition, which began in October this year, is to give impetus to the development of information technologies and the Internet in Azerbaijan, to stimulate the creation of high-quality national Internet resources, discover and popularize them.
Official support for the National Internet Award of Azerbaijan MilliNet 2018 is provided by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
Azertelecom LLC is the general sponsor of the Azerbaijan National Internet Prize.
