According to IDC estimates, the global ICT expenditures on equipment, software, services and communications will increase by an average of 4% by 2022 and reach 4.6 trillion dollars. Commercial customers will account for about $ 2.9 trillion, or 63.5% of the estimated costs, and consumer spending will reach $ 1.7 trillion or 36.5%.
Among the ICT categories, the fastest growing costs will be in the professional services segment, including, among others, cloud and digital service providers, Dailycomm.ru reports.
