On this occasion, a series of events are envisaged to be held. First of all, a contest will be organized on the official page of the “Shebeke” service center on the social network Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/shebeke.az/ on February 8, 2019. First 5 users of the page, who correctly answers 3 questions on the services provided by “Shebeke” service centers, will become winners of the contest.
The winners will be awarded smartphones by Azerpost LLC on February 10. Also, on the same day, the “Shebeke” service center’s employees showing special distinction in their work will be awarded certificates.
Today, there are 9 “Shebeke” service centers functioning in the country. 6 of them are located in Baku. The remaining three are located in Jalilabad, Zagatala and Sumgayit.
It should be noted that the services provided at “Shebeke” service centers by 8 agencies of the of the MTCHT are concentrated in a single space. The main goal of creating “Shebeke” service centers is to provide services in accordance with high standards, make services easy to use by citizens, prevent loss of time and ensure transparency.
In addition to traditional telecommunication and postal services, banking, financial and tourist services are rendered, air tickets can also be purchased at “Shebeke” service centers. The sale of international and local payment cards, compulsory insurance policies, envelopes, postage stamps and postcards, services for money transfers, budget and utility payments, payments for the State Mortgage Fund, registration of mobile devices are implemented at these centers. At the centers citizens can also use the self-service terminals. It is also possible to make payments for utilities, mobile, telecommunications and various other services through the payment system SmartPay.
The services are available without a break every day on week days, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. “Shebeke” Call center (169) is also available 24 hours per day. Applications are also accepted through online consultation on the official website of Azerpost LLC.
It should be noted that including January of this year, about 2 million citizens benefited from various services of “Shebeke” centers.
Measures are currently underway to ensure the coverage of the “Shebeke” service centers in all areas of Baku city. At the next stage, it is planned to open “Shebeke” service centers in other major cities and regions of the country.
