The postage stamp is dedicated to the 2019 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, which will be held in Baku on April 26-28.
It was issued in the form of a block consisting of one postage stamp and a souvenir sheet consisting of 8 postage stamps.
The postage stamp, designed by artist Vugar Eyyubov, was printed at the French publishing house “Cartor Security Printing”.
The postage stamp block and the souvenir sheet have the circulation of 10,000 copies each.
