Game venues have been provided with high-quality and uninterrupted telecommunication, internet, mobile broadcasting and mail services.
Fiber optic cables were laid to competition venues from the corresponding electronic automatic exchanges.
Preliminary radio monitoring was carried out in order to allocate radio frequencies and ensure their uninterrupted operation in accordance with the user requirements.
During the competitions, 4 mobile radio direction-finding stations will conduct radio monitoring in Baku.
In accordance with the agreement concluded with the Organizing Committee, Baku Taxi Service LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has allocated 120 vehicles and 270 drivers for transportation of tourists. The number of London TX-4 taxis stationed near the airport has been increased, and they have been put on standby to deliver spectator-tourists to local hotels. In addition, Baku Taxi Service allocated 40 dispatchers to support the staff of the Operational Committee.
Control will be exercised during the XV Summer European Youth Olympic Festival to make sure that the obligations assigned to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies are executed at the proper level.
MTCHT switches to enhanced working mode in connection with XV Summer European Youth Olympic Festival
As is known, the XV Summer European Youth Olympic Festival “Baku-2019” will be held in Baku from July 21-27.
