Leadership of Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies held regular receptions of citizens
Today, Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade received citizens in Mingachevir city (citizens from Mingachevir and Aghdash regions), and First Deputy Minister Ali Abdullayev – in Yevlakh region.
The leadership of the ministry listened to citizens’ appeals regarding transport, telecommunications, information technologies and postal services.
A number of problems raised by citizens were solved on the spot, other issues were taken under control for study. Instructions were also given to the relevant bodies on the resolution of issues requiring additional study in accordance with the requirements of legislation.
At the same time, citizens’ appeals on the issues that are unrelated to the activity of the ministry were registered to be sent to the appropriate bodies. In this regard, citizens were given detailed explanations. They were informed that these appeals would be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
Note that the receptions were held in accordance with the schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by heads of central executive authorities and their deputies in October 2019.
After the receptions, Minister Ramin Guluzade and First Deputy Minister Ali Abdullayev held a meeting with the heads of relevant bodies of the ministry.
At the meeting, discussions were held on the issues raised in the appeals of citizens.
The leadership of the ministry stressed the importance of paying special attention to citizen satisfaction.
